We purchased The Integrated Leader, as a study for our leaders to do together to find first their call and purpose to our non-profit and also in their own lives. This study has been life changing, not only for the organization, but for each leader as well. The study give a step by step process on finding ones purpose and calling in life and how to pursue it. We've not only started to move in a different direction as an organization, but many of our leaders have decided to do the same study with their teams as well. We definitely recommend this study as something to do in a group setting or alone.
